STRATEGIC PROJECT DEVELOPMENT + CONSULTING
Sustained injustice must be met with strategic, scalable solutions.
Collaborating with corporate and nonprofit partners, our approach focuses on understanding, alignment, and production. We develop strategies that align local and global civic initiatives with your cultural, financial, and communal capital. We would love to learn more about your mission and work.
Most organizations today are focused on four key strategic objectives: Driving new revenue streams, controlling costs, creating new market share, and delivering the highest quality products and services.
We believe your strategic initiatives should align with these strategies.
Measurable Change employs a three-phase methodology to bring structure and process to your complex strategic initiatives. We focus our work on delivering value and key insights to our partners. By aligning strategy and continuing to educate and equip project teams, we serve as a collaborative partner producing lasting solutions.
In collaboration with our client’s goals, we work through a series of engaging exercises to understand where the organization is, and where it needs to be.
Strategic plans are cultivated with functionality and current industry knowledge in mind. Business goals, user expectations, and best practices align to create a purposeful and impactful plan for execution.
We partner with our clients in the Production phase through an integrated, collaborative approach that includes subject matter expertise across a variety of disciplines.
Current Project Focus
HUMAN TRAFFICKING 101
Human Trafficking is a business and it’s as complex as it is corrupt.
We developed Mapping Exploitation with Michigan in mind. It meets the licensing standards for all Michigan professionals required to receive anti-trafficking education.
We utilize case studies based on actual Michigan Human Trafficking cases. Every chapter of the story includes expert testimony and access to evidence-based resources.
THE MANASSEH PROJECT
Making dirty water clean for the most vulnerable through innovative and sustainable solutions. Focusing on equipping local volunteers, leaders and health workers who have long-term commitments to their communities, 20 Liters empowers recipients to make their water clean.
The Measurable Change leadership team was significantly invested in both the launch and promotion of 20 Liters and it’s executive leadership. 20 Liters has provided clean water for over 100,000 Rwandans.
Produced the anti-trafficking awareness campaign, ‘Have You Seen Me?’ (ArtPrize 2012)
